Very cool stuff! Glad to hear he is doing well, and checked his YT channel often enough to not only see your post but comment on it. Good luck with all your future squeezing. You have set a nigh impossible bar to surpass so I am pretty sure the current community will always see you as a legend. Eagerly looking forward to your next achievements.

Hey Kyle, I am absolutely jawdropped by your scores page and I would love to get in touch with you to have a closer look at the current state of things on GH3 squeezing. I'm sure there are many things I missed from my lengthy hiatus and I would be more than happy to update myself on everything, even if not for attempting to apply the strategies myself but at least give some insight if there is any way I can contribute further.

I had a -4 I'm the One with 4 overstrums yesterday. -4 is 97/101 in 2a, except it says 92%. It's 97/105, the 4 overstrums get added to the denominator, that's how I can tell it was 4 overstrums, working backwards. But yeah.. it's just the fretting, this can happen. |

Congrats on getting the FGFC of GH:M. You have gotten most of the really hard FCs in a single month, crazy stuff. So, when you get I'm the One, are you going to go for 1st on both GH:M and VH?

Well any FC or even a -1 on I'm the One will put me in 1st place for GHVH. I'm the One FC would put me 1st by 6k, I'd get to 15,270,000+ after that with a full game 1st |

GHM FGFC is crazy impressive but not surprising given that you've already FGFC'd GH3. ITO would be even more impressive but I'm sure you can do it.
Can't wait until you have 1st on every song in the series :p

Well, he has been busy, but does not have I'm the One FC, VH 1st place, or TtFaF GH3 1st place. So what has he been doing? Oh nothing much, just destroying GH:WoR. Kyle already has 33 1st places and is rapidly improving. At this rate, just getting in a score for each song will put him in the top 5. Interesting to see which songs give him trouble over others.
Edit: he nearly has a score for every song and now has 51 1sts. Poor Fug is down to 10 1sts in WoR now. Those scores lasted a LOOOONG time. Only ones that are optimal and Fug will likely keep are: Bodies, Slow Hands, and 2112: Part 7.

I had a finger injury and had to let it fully heal before going for ItO again, didn't lose as much progress as I thought trying 2a yesterday for a little bit. But that grind has now resumed. And I'll probably go back to TTFAF in like August, I still cannot hear that song even one more time lmfao
Well, Fug lost 2112 pt7 too, and I'm at 61/93 1sts. Also FC'd Sudden Death. Funny enough Fug had beef with me back in 2011, he even made a video series about me battling my scores, I'm sure a few remember lol.
I can't get some of the 1sts because I'm not a god at the extended sustain glitch like moose is. But I'm sure I'll end with 80+ 1sts.
I'm mostly working on the FGFC now. I have the full game tech FC and I'm close to the rest of the FCs. It just will take realistically all of July to get the FGFC.

As a side note, I've submitted scores as fast as I can, and also grinded/optimized scores separately. For my non-shit scores, compared to moose on those songs I stand +11,327 over moose. So it looks like I will end up 15k+ over moose at a minimum.

Your progress through WoR has been absolutely insane. The ease at which you FCd TDWF, IYWP, and Sudden Death... I'm jealous o.O
Obviously if you FGFC you are going to be first place by a pretty wide margin. Given your scores on VH and obviously GH3, I'm thinking you might be able to get first on every game in the series. Would be an insane accomplishment but I'd be excited to see you pull it off.
I know you said GH1 was fairly optimized but I've always felt GH2 had a ton of points left. Would be interesting to see you push the limits of that game.

Thanks alex! And yes, I know I can FGFC this. Fury and Chemical Warfare are going to be tough grinds though.
And thanks for the compliment, thinking I could get 1st on every game in the series. That is not going to happen. GH1 isn't just fairly optimized, it's optimized to the point that excluding the extended hit window strat, there isn't 1000 points left over k3v's total. k3v is permanent 1st on GH1 lol. |
